In September 2016 I took a trip to Sun Recording Studio, and on to Graceland. The story of Sam Phillips, and Sun Records has always intrigued me. He new the amazing energy that he felt in Rock music really had something that the rest of the world would also embrace. I did the tour of Sun Studio which was full of people on a Graceland tour, many seem to not even know where they were! Oh Well! It certainly had an effect on me, thinking about the music that was recorded in that small space, it had such a profound effect on the world! I admired Elvis Presley not only for his vocal abilities, but also for his fantastic showmanship and entertainment value.
