MUSTANG OKLAHOMA GOPHERS

A recent move to Mustang, a small town not far from Oklahoma, City, gave me lots of inspiration for this new album! You kick a mound on your lawn expecting fire ants to emerge, then you realize you have an even bigger problem, Gophers. These small rodents will dig up your freshly mowed lawn in an overnight frenzy that is hard to believe! Anyone who has watched the movie, Caddy Shack, starring Bill Murray will understand the frustration these little guys can cause. By the way, I know they don’t really kill people as the song lyrics suggest, that’s just my creative craziness working!

Then I thought I would write a song about beer, I called it Buzz Water Beer which (sounds like another beer, I can’t remember which one?) but it makes you Wiser!

Air Conditioned Underwear, wouldn’t that be a dream come true for so many people who cringe when they open their heating and air conditioning bills!

Rock’n Roll Down Deep In My Soul, a song written some years ago but never got around to recording. The day it ceases to be in my soul, is the day I will stop creating music!

Mustang Oklahoma Gophers. Version 2.  was actually the original recording of the song, which we abandoned because we felt it needed a different feel! It does, however have some nice features, so we thought we would include it.
