About This Album

This is a great CD from Dendee, an independent recording artist who has been selling music on CDbaby since 2000. Before releasing this album we did some market research giving copies to a broad range of people, and every case got very positive results. As always some songs were more popular than others but overall there was overwhelming enthusiasm for the album. Song # 1. I got fired today, proved to be very popular maybe because it is a reminder of current times.

It is important to note that dendee has a very unique style, many of his songs sound quite serious until you take note of the lyrics that are far from serious. A typical example of this can be heard on track # 5. I’m Just A City Boy. It sounds like a serious song, but a careful listen to the lyrics should make very aware that it is not. Dendee will always be the first person to point out that he does not take himself too seriously, writing and recording his songs is just something he loves to do. As always this album is a great reflection of Dendee and his music which has been described as fun, quirky, and exremely entertaining.
