6.1 No Refunds After Download

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the download has been initiated or completed. Once you access a digital file, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, and refunds are generally not provided.

6.2 Exceptions for Technical Issues

We may offer a refund, replacement file, or technical support in the following situations if reported within 48 hours of purchase:
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or defective.
  • The file is not as described (wrong track or incorrect format).
  • You were charged more than once for the same item in error.

6.3 How Refunds are Processed
